AIX不完整的補(bǔ)丁安裝以及Oracle的Bug

今天遇到一個(gè)AIX系統(tǒng)BUG，Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)無(wú)法啟動(dòng)，甚至無(wú)法Nomount，實(shí)例在Nomount之后馬上Crash。
報(bào)告的錯(cuò)誤是PMON無(wú)法啟動(dòng)。
告警日志信息摘錄：

最后確定疑似Oracle的一個(gè)Bug，BUG Number：6413391
對(duì)于這個(gè)BUG，Oracle建議的修正是Apply ML06 to AIX 5.3

而客戶(hù)的系統(tǒng)目前看來(lái)ML06的安裝是不完全的：

不完全的補(bǔ)丁安裝是危險(xiǎn)的，在進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)升級(jí)時(shí)一定要慎重，最好將系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行在經(jīng)過(guò)驗(yàn)證的穩(wěn)定的系統(tǒng)版本上，升級(jí)過(guò)快可能會(huì)帶來(lái)更多的不穩(wěn)定因素。
